• স্টক না থাকলে বা সন্দেহজনক হলে অর্ডার বাতিল করা হতে পারে।
• সঠিক নাম, নাম্বার ও ঠিকানা দেওয়া বাধ্যতামূলক।

৫. ডেলিভারি

• সাধারণত ২–৫ দিনের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি সম্পন্ন হয়।
• কুরিয়ার সমস্যার কারণে দেরি হতে পারে।

৬. অপব্যবহার

• ভুয়া অর্ডার বা প্রতারণা করলে স্থায়ীভাবে ব্যান করা হবে।

১. রিটার্ন শর্ত

• ডেলিভারির ৩ দিনের মধ্যে রিটার্ন করতে হবে।
• পণ্য ব্যবহার করা যাবে না, ধোয়া যাবে না।

২. রিটার্নযোগ্য নয়

• ডিসকাউন্ট পণ্য রিটার্নযোগ্য নয়।
• কাস্টমাইজড পণ্য ফেরত নেওয়া হবে না।

৩. রিফান্ড

• পণ্য যাচাইয়ের পর রিফান্ড দেওয়া হবে।
• ডেলিভারি চার্জ ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।

৪. এক্সচেঞ্জ

• সাইজ পরিবর্তন করা যাবে (স্টক থাকলে)।
